Plain-language terms

Your work stays yours.

Effective September 2, 2026

Ownership and commercial use

You keep all rights in the character art, descriptions, and style references that you provide. Between you and Spritekick, you own the generated animations and sprite sheets, including commercial-use rights, to the extent allowed by law. You must have the right to use every input that you upload.

Private processing and no training

Your uploaded and generated assets are private to your account. Spritekick sends them only to the image and video providers needed to draw them, and to infrastructure needed to complete your job. Spritekick does not use your inputs or outputs to train models, create public galleries, or sell datasets.

Deletion

You can delete a character or a single animation from its page. Spritekick then removes its source image, character reference, starting pose, and generated video from private storage. Billing and token records remain where required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Prohibited use

Do not use Spritekick for illegal content, abuse, impersonation, infringement, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. We can stop work or close an account when it creates a material safety, legal, or service risk.

Service limits

Generative output can contain mistakes. Review output before shipping it. Each animation is one paid generation; asking for it again with a change is another. A generation that stops before it finishes returns your tokens. These terms do not remove rights that consumer law gives you.
